I want to become a millionaire but how? The first thing is to remove yourself from those broke millionaire thoughts. The notion behind these thoughts is a hypothesis that if you were to take 100 people of all mixed backgrounds and education levels, then hand them an exact outline. A step by step approach to earn a million dollars or more, only about 3% would accomplish the job. Why is that? You may ask, people were not taught to think with a million dollar mindset. Most people were told finish high school, then go to a university and maybe then you will get a good career. The key factor to the story was the 1000's of dollars in student loans, and then the possibility of finding a really good career job is completely hit or miss. Now what you must understand is that the high rate of failure is not because of intelligence but more so because of conformity.
Some key reasons why this occurs are listed below:
1.) Wealth is something they just don't teach in school, they prepare you for college & a thirty year journey called work. So regardless of having a plan to succeed, many people simply conform to what the majority are doing. It's a lot easier to work at McDonald's then it is to build a financial empire.
2.) You would think that your parents, siblings, friends & mentors would encourage you, however in most cases they are the ones who suggest you quit your foolish quest. They for whatever cause rather see you fall short. Now it's not a malicious attack on your quest for wealth, however the haters and nay-sayers will convince you that it's too hard. "You can't do it", "You're wasting your time", "That won't work", "It sounds like a rip-off, nobody can get rich" and the list goes on and on. Some people will be helpful, but with limitations. People really do genuinely want you to reach your goals & dreams, however for some it's hards to accept the fact that you will be better than they ever were.

Career job information for job seekers and find good employment job
I want to tell you about the new Buzz word that every one is talking about and if they aren't now they soon will be.
There is a new business concept and it has to be the best business model I have ever seen and not just me. I am talking I have met people who have been in Finance, real estate, banking, accounting in fact all walks of life. Now you have to think "these people are not idiots" so why are they jumping into this new venture???
They can see the potential of what it will be now incase you dont know what this new business venture is let me tell you a bit about it.
Firstly what does it offer?
FUN SHOPPING
Lets start with what is in it for our customers? Value and convenience, let me explain what i mean. Our customers have the chance to buy top branded items and reduced prices, reduced sometimes can be an understatment. I mean i have seen items being sold at 90% sometimes 98% off. I Know you are probably wondering are they really saving that much?? Well let me tell you from personal experience I myself have pruchased $1200 worth of Platinum and I only paid $33.40 I believe my savings was 97%.
This is not the only saving I have had either just recently bought some beautiful Swarovski pens priced in the shop at $89.00 I bought it for $33.00.
Also there is a guarantee that you will not find any product on the site cheaper anywhere else.
Ok so by now you can honestly say "yeah I see the value" lets now talk about convenience my items have been delivered with in a week. Now I have bought things over the net before and so do many members of my family normally the case is that we have forgotten wehave made the purchase by the time we get it. not only is it conveneint to get you products sent to your door but we have now also launched the start of our entertainment platform.
What does this mean?
You can listen to music of your choice while you shop or surf the web. You will also be able to play it through your smart/iphones.
Ok have I convinced you that for a customer we offer great value???
Great!!
INTERNET BUSINESS
Now down to business....If you join the business you get paid on the transactions that take place on your site...if your customer buys credits to bid...you get paid. If your customer goes shopping in the shopping mall.....you get paid. If your customer buys the subscription to the music....you get paid. Of course if you share the business idea with someone else......you get paid.
The best business model I have ever seen because it is not fully based on you recruiting people because as you saw the money comes in from your customers whether you share the business with anyone else or not.....you get paid.
This is called earning residual income earning money online when you are doing other things.
Its also not dependant on you commiting to an auto ship of products or pills you dont ever have to buy a thing. You will because like me see something you like at a good price you buy but you dont have to.
Another reason this is the best business opportunity out there is you do not have to pay for education it is provided free of charge 24/7.
Yes there are people out there saying dubli is a scam, but do they really know what they are talking about??? Do they have an authority to say what they say???
I have met the founder Micheal Hansen and he is the kind or man you can look up to and be glad to be associated with. This business is legit and I challenge anyone who dares to otherwise and I feel for those of you who can be detered from financial freedom based on the negative opinions of people who are negative about everything.
UBS Bank have been noted to say "Dubli is re-writing history" and "Dubli will be on of the top 5 website within the next 3 years" People from Wall Street say " Dubli is the best business model they have seen" Do you think these people have authority to say these things???
Here is one more thing to think about....go to the site go on...Dubli.com and just look at the brands that are associated with Dubli. Do you really think these BRANDS want there name associated with a scam??? we are talking Chanel, Bvlgary, burberry, and there is more check it out for yourself.

Preparing delicious food, creating gorgeous decorations, and providing excellent service to clients who can't stop raving about you...
Starting a home catering business may sound exciting and fun, but it is not wise to just jump right into it. The fact is, catering may sound easy, but the reality is far different.
It's one thing to love food and be a good cook. It's quite another to be a successful business person. So, the first thing you need if you want to be a caterer is a good business plan. A plan is basically just goals that you set out clearly for yourself. As your catering business grows, so should your business plan.
You're also going to need to make sure that starting a home catering business is feasible, based on where you live and what sort of people you plan to cater to.
Are there enough people in your area who will want your services? Is another caterer already covering the area? Will your prospects be able to afford your services? You really should consider these questions carefully before you embark on this sort of enterprise.
If you think that there is a good market for starting a home catering business, it's time to take the next step and get your company name for your business, and legal certifications put into place.
Insurance, Equipment and Getting the Word Out
When starting a home catering business, it is very important to get insurance. Not only that, but you need to make sure that you get the right type of insurance coverage for your business. You don't want to be put in the unenviable position of losing everything because of an accident. The time and money you've invested into your business is not something you want to lose because of carelessness.
Equipment is another area that will need your careful consideration. Starting a home catering business is nearly impossible to do without the proper equipment. You are going to need pots, pans, appliances and serving dishes, for a start. You are also going to want a company vehicle to transport food and equipment in. After all, you and your food need to be able to get to your catering events. So, be sure to look into purchasing (or leasing) the best catering equipment possible.
After that, it's all about marketing and advertising. Starting a home catering business is great, but just starting it won't do you any good if you can't keep it going. Word of mouth can be a wonderful way to grow your prospect list and start some buzz about you within your community. You can start by simply telling family, friends and neighbors about your new business. It's surprising how quickly news about your talents and business can spread.
Aside from that, you can also hand out business cards and brochures. At the same time, try creating a company website or Blog.
Using the power of the Internet is a great way for you to establish your professionalism. A website can be a cost-effective and easy way to tell everyone that you are starting a home catering business. With your own Blog you can easily interact with prospective customers directly.

At L’Oréal USA, those pursuing a career in Marketing may be eligible for a Management Development Programme designed to prepare future leaders. Career job information for job seekers and find good employment job
By Andrea Bartz and Brenna Ehrlich |
If a Facebook picture is worth a thousand words, we're pretty sure there's one word in the lexicon you'd be loath to have associated with you: tool.
(Unless you're a handyman, in which case, carry on.)
Yes, Facebook started off as a gated community for college kids awkwardly trolling for chicks in their rooms because the outside world was just too bright ... too bright. But now, as Mark Zuckerberg sallies forth with his plan to consume all of society, it has become kind of legit.
Last week, Zuckerberg unveiled a messaging system for the book of faces that will consolidate e-mail, texts, chat and Facebook messages. While we (unlike myriad reactionary news outlets) won't be calling Z's new baby a "Gmail killer" any time soon (dude, eradicate all those FB phishing scams and then we'll talk), the fact that Facebook would take such a step got us thinking.
Every day, 4 billion messages are shot off via Facebook, and next to those 4 billion messages is something that could make or break the legitimacy of your missive -- or, at the very least, amuse or horrify your friends: your profile picture.
This is your calling card, your public face. So why do so many of you contort it into that of a duck?
Read on for five common types of Facebook photos that make your friends want to block you, potential employers take pause and future suitors weep with frustration at the state of the human race.
The "MySpace shot"
Oh, the "MySpace shot" -- in which men pose shirtless in front of their bathroom mirrors and women pout into their boobs.
You think it makes you look sexy, but, truth be told, it makes you look like you have no friends. Which makes sense, considering the dudes are always hanging out shirtless in the bathroom and the chicks always look so freaking depressed.
Fun fact: Research from OK Cupid shows the "MySpace shot" is the most effective snap for women when it comes to racking up messages. Still, that same research shows that shots of a chick doing something interesting, as opposed to looking sexy, garnered more meaningful communication.
Yes, Facebook is not OK Cupid, but the research holds true: A cell phone pic may get you some attention, but, well, so will drunkenly passing out at a party and flashing your underwear.
And for those among you who are too deeply entrenched in the morass of narcissism to pry iPhone from hand, might we suggest getting an account on DailyBooth? This service lets you take a photo of yourself every day in order to track how your appearance changes over time. At least then you can call it art ... or something.
Subbing in an inanimate object/pet/baby
"Hey Tim... so, I've known you for about five years now and I'm pretty sure you are not a crude drawing of a dinosaur, a cat with lasers for eyes or a green square. No, I'm pretty sure you're a skinny dude with an only slightly unfortunate haircut."
So thinketh your friends when nary a picture on your Facebook profile is actually of you. Also, people will start to wonder if you have been disfigured in some horrifying accident and -- Phantom of the Opera-like -- are masking your hideous face with that of Conan's.
If you insist on getting creative with your profile pic, check out Twibbons, which lets you create profile images that promote a cause.
Liquoring up
A couple of party pictures in which you're holding a glass of wine or a beer are fine, but a parade of profile pics that could pass for Budweiser ads -- or, for that matter, the photo above -- are probably not the best choice when it comes to looking like a professional/not an alcoholic.
Yeah, that pic of you in the pool doing Edward 40-Hands might be hilarious to your poker pals and fellow former frat bros, but the kids you teach fourth grade math to (and their parents) will probably be less than amused.
Group shots
Let's say you meet a new dude at a dark party. The guy seems nice, and looks to be cute from what you can tell through the haze of the smoke machine and Four Loko (it hasn't been banned everywhere yet, folks), but you can't quite tell because of the crudely markered-on Castro beard (oh, forgot to mention it's Halloween).
The next day, you eagerly seek out homeboy on Facebook, only to find a profile picture that features not one, but five similar-looking dudes lying in the grass -- wearing Wayfarers and fedoras. How are you supposed to tell which is which, and whether you should click "friend"?
Yeah, Facebook is not technically a dating site, but let's face it, the first thing you do after meeting a new romantic interest is stalk the hell outta him or her. According to a survey from Seventeen magazine, within one week of meeting someone, 79 percent of 16-21 year-olds add that person to their Facebook circle.
And, as shallow as it is, folks will judge you based on your profile -- that same research shows that 43 percent of girls would decide not to date someone if his profile was a bust. So don't hide behind your friends in the shot that's supposed to show who you are. Save that for after the breakup, when you run into her at your local watering hole.
Holiday or wedding pics ... months after the wedding
Yes, it was totally awesome that that Halloween party you went to featured not one, not two, but three Fidel Castros (you are the dude mentioned above, btw), but it's not so awesome that you should still keep a picture documenting this phenom front and center in late November. A week or two tops, friends, and then it's back to that lovely shot of you wearing pleated pants and a polo (we'll tackle that problem at a later date).
The same goes for wedding photos. It's really nice that you got married, and we all pored through every shot from the ceremony, but leaving up a portrait of you in full bridal garb for several months is akin to shoving your ring in your friends' faces daily.
We are no longer happy for you. You are now just gloating. We fear the day when you produce offspring.

Career job information for job seekers and find good employment job
Interpol, at the request of a Swedish court looking into alleged sex crimes from earlier this year, has put WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange on its most-wanted list.
The Stockholm Criminal Court two weeks ago issued an international arrest warrant for Assange on probable cause, saying he is suspected of rape, sexual molestation and illegal use of force in August incidents.
Sweden asked Interpol, the international police organization, to post a "Red Notice" after a judge approved a motion to bring him into custody.
The "Red Notice" is not an international arrest warrant. It an advisory and request, issued to 188 member countries "to assist the national police forces in identifying or locating those persons with a view to their arrest and extradition," according to Interpol.
The Swedish court ordered Assange, 39, formally arrested in his absence, which requires Swedish authorities anywhere in the world to detain Assange if they come across him. Sweden's director of prosecutions, Marianne Ny, had requested the arrest-in-absence.
"The background is that he has to be heard in this investigation and we haven't been able to get a hold of him to question him," Ny said at the time.
Assange faces five counts that appear related to two incidents, according to the request Ny filed with the court.
He faces one count of rape and one count of sexual molestation related to an instance around August 17 in Enkoping, just outside Stockholm. He then faces two counts of sexual molestation between August 13 and 18 in Stockholm, and one count of illegal use of force between August 13 and 14, also in the capital.
Assange could be sentenced to at least two years in prison if convicted, according to the document.
Assange, an Australian, was rejected for permanent residency in Sweden in October. Swedish Migration Board official Gunilla Wikstrom said his application failed to fulfill all the requirements but declined to give details.
On Monday, Ecuador invited Assange to come to Quito to discuss documents leaked on the site relating to Ecuador and other Latin American countries, according to a statement from the country's foreign ministry.
The ministry also offered to process a request for residency "in accordance with the country's current laws."
In a November news release, Assange's British lawyer said the sex-crime charges stem from consensual sexual relationships his client had with two women.
"Only after the women became aware of each other's relationships with Mr. Assange did they make their allegations against him," lawyer Mark Stephens said in the statement.
Stephens also said neither he nor Assange "have ever received a single written word, at any time, in any form, from Swedish authorities on the Swedish investigation against our client."
The media has been the only way they've learned substantial information about the investigation, Stephens said. He called it "a clear contravention to Article 6 of the European Convention, which states that every accused must be informed promptly, in a language which he understands and in detail, of the nature and cause of the accusation against him."
Swedish prosecutors announced over the summer they were investigating Assange in two separate cases of rape and molestation. Ny said then there was reason to believe a crimes had been committed, but that more investigation was necessary before she could make a final decision.
Assange has maintained he is innocent, telling the Arabic-language television network Al-Jazeera the accusations were a "smear campaign." ( CNN )
