HRGA (Human Resources & General Affairs) Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in any dicipline from reputable University with minimum 3 years experience in HRGA (Human Resources & General Affairs) field.
• Diploma (DIII) in any dicipline from reputable University with minimum 5 years experience in HRGA (Human Resources & General Affairs) field.
• Have a strong competency in HR Management, Personnel Management, and Industrial Relations.
• Have a good negosiation skill (especially for reviewing the contract from local vendor).
• Max. 35 years old.
• Have a strong leadership due to its role as Supervisor.
• Understand in mining operational activity.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written, also computer literate.
• Active, good communication skill, self motivated, and dynamic.
• Willing to be placed anywhere.

STAFF EXPORT - IMPORT [ SKBM Exim ]

REQUITMENT:

• Female max 35 years old
• Has experience in monitoring export - import proccesing & all procedure, related including documentation, letter of credit at least 4 years preferable in garment industry.
• D3 or S1 graduation.
• Fluent in English writen & spoken
• Have a good interpersonal skills
• Good communication and team work
• Willing to be placed at Sukabumi  
• Buyer tween brands, express, tommy hilfiger, maurices.
