If you live in the state of New Mexico and have recently become unemployed, there are only two ways to file for unemployment benefits: by telephone and online. If you are uncertain of whether or not you are eligible for unemployment benefits, contact the state unemployment office and find out the facts. In many cases, if you were fired or laid off, you may eligible to receive benefits.
