Coal Mining Company General Contractor, Land Clearing and Civil require immediate:

OFFICER RECRUITMENT & Assessment Code: RAO

Responsibilities:

     * Implement sourcing activities to get the best candidates
     * Carry out psychological evaluation (psychological test) as a tester and observer
     * Conduct scoring of test results
     * Conducting interviews with potential candidates
     * Create psikogram and interpretation
     * Experienced in conducting personnel assessment (Both levels of service s / d managerial) and report the results
     * Archive and document the recruitment documents
     * Create reports of recruitment activities as well as other recruitment administration


Requirements:

     * Male, age max. 30 years
     * Educational psychology S1 or S1 + professional psychologist experience in Assessment
     * Fresh graduates (psychology profession) are welcome to apply
     * Position available in Jakarta as Junior Supervisor (SSH)
     * Willing to undergo labor contract system
     * Besedia to travel out of town
