Office Administrator



Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 year experience in a similar job;
  • Proper recommendations from previous employers, to be submitted with the application;
  • Good overall office administration skills;
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
  • Familiar with administration of employee flies and records;
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy;
  • Highly organized and flexible;
  • Being able to handle pressure;
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other computer applications is a must;
  • Good knowledge of online social media;
  • Honest and trustworthy, respectful;
  • High level of integrity;
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision;
  • Maintains staff confidentiality;
  • Familiar with the travel industry;
