TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF

Requirements:
  • Have a good analytical skill to solve problems
  • Good communication skill to communicate problems between user and PMU
  • Wide range of knowledge about software, hardware, networks, etc
  • Able to track and manage issues
  • Provide users with assistance on computer hardware. software or applications.
  • Help the user solve specific problems.
  • Understanding the problems and conducting diagnosis.
  • Escalating problems through Technical Support levels as needed.
  • Issue tracking and recording in Technical Support log.
  • Communicate issues and produce reports to PMU
